Fresno, a neighbor to Yosemite National Park and host to over a dozen Fresno Wedding Venues. While a short and scenic drive from breath-taking natural spots including Shaver Lake and mountain towns like Coarsegold and Bass Lake, Fresno and neighboring cities host weddings of all sizes year round.
Designing your dream wedding or elopement experience and tailoring your day to your unique personalities and needs with these Fresno wedding venues will be a simple process. From full service staff to a relaxed atmosphere, there is something for all couples from rustic ranches, timeless mansions, luxurious lakeside resorts, and mountain lodges.
Here are a few of my favorite wedding venues in Fresno, CA:
Nestled on 75 acres of woodland growth just outside of Fresno with oak and sycamore groves lay this gorgeous resort. Wonder Valley’s elevation lets guests avoid the typical valley fog and seasonal snow while keeping the views and pleasant weather. Amazing venue features include multiple wedding packages, in-house chef and staff, indoor and outdoor locations. Because of an occupancy of 350, large wedding parties are welcome.
Wedding packages include 6 hours of facility use and a wedding coordinator but also include a lot more. After your vows, hors d’oeuvres, fully catered banquet dinner and service await you and your guests before celebrating the day. Bride and groom suites and overnight accommodations for you and your partner included. Your guests can party on the provided dance floor until the evening ends. Tables and chairs, linens, napkins and flatware, and many other inclusive services are also a staple in the wedding packages. Additional services include security, rehearsal dinner space, alcohol and bartender, and a horse drawn carriage.
Nestled in the pines of Yosemite National Park sits Rush Creek Lodge. Open year round with a focus on hospitality by providing game areas and common spaces for all guests to enjoy. A bridal suite awaits you to get ready comfortably for your day as your guests relax in the common areas. Hosting both intimate and large events but have still adapted to pandemic regulations with both indoor and outdoor locations for guest counts 50-200 or a 100 guest socially distanced dinner. A large event hall brings the outdoors indoors through the adjacent patio’s large doors for a touch of Yosemite air and views. Elopement packages include a 4 course dinner for up to 20 guests. Eloping couples also get a two night stay to honeymoon after the “I do’s”.
Step into hospitality after a drive through the Yosemite pines with Evergreen Lodge. Your guests can play games or hang out in the common areas while you get ready in the bridal suite. Guest counts range from 50 to 200 are welcome depending on specific location and now offering a 100 guest socially distanced dinner due to pandemic regulations.
Ceremony and reception spaces are offering both indoors and outdoors. Mirroring Rush Creek Lodge intimate weddings and elopements must be made 1 year in advance while larger events must be booked 2 years in advance. Your preferred vendors are welcome but exclude catering, the Evergreen Lodge family will handle that task. Both Evergreen and Rush Creek restrict seed, confetti, and candlestick use. The lodge is closed from New Years Day through Presidents Weekend.
If you’re wanting more of a vintage romance vibe, this historic mansion might be pulled from your dreams. Open year round and yours exclusively for the entire day, the Manor offers multiple locations for your vows including the Southern Garden, Grand Pavilion, West and North Lawns, Front Steps, and Enchanted Garden. Suites are made ready for you and your partner to get ready for your day while the scenic gardens and high profile mansion columns await your portraits.
Adapting to the pandemic; The Manor offers micro, elopement, and wedding packages. Staff wear masks and gloves while serving behind plexi-glass for the safety of all guests. Prior to the pandemic, the mansion hosted tables more than 6 feet apart. The Manor also has a preferred vendors list but your favorite vendors are welcome to share in your day.
With it’s rustic and historic charms, Springville Ranch welcomes brides and grooms seeking more of a full-service venue. Get glam in your included bridal suite while your partner gets ready on site in one of the 7 rooms. Tables, linens, and flatware are included as well as set up by staff. Springville easily accommodates an array of guest counts, from the minimum headcount of 25 up to 660. Whether you want to be married indoors or outdoors the scenic views around the ranch will resonate with your love. Guests will be well taken care of and in awe of the ease and beauty of your day as hors d’oeuvres and drinks, including specialty wines, are served by catering staff and bartenders.
Seventeen miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National park and sitting on the north shore of Bass Lake, the Pines Resort offers nature lovers a full view of the Sierra Nevada mountains while accommodating the wedding needs of adventurous brides and grooms. This resort offers customized packages from full service to micro weddings. Reception spaces will still welcome you and your guests to celebrate even if you don’t wed on site. The Lakeview Room offers an indoor retreat while the Gazebo Deck awaits your vows surrounded by breathtaking landscape views. Catered by local favorite, Ducey’s on the Lake Steakhouse with your choice of plated, buffet, or themed menus that you and your guests to enjoy . It’s recommended to book at least a year in advance with the Pines.
